Hi,

It's best to make a copy of the files you modify, and leave the game install directory as-is.

You can get nelson_m.p3d from here: Download

If you've made other changes to your install directory, it might be worth running a check with the Install Verifier: Download

Have you recently installed a new antivirus? Try disabling it and seeing if that fixes your issue.

Would be good to see this, I'm attemting to make some custom missions and player models I may give it a shot in the future
