Thanks for this Jay, I was looking into doing similar for another project, glad I don't have to now.

This is awesome and I would love to take part in the development of this mod. I am not sure for now if I would be able to really help(giving I'm working on something of my own that I'll release soon, as well as helping with two other things).
I think I might have a lot more time on my hands near the end of November.

Yeah that'll be in the mission pack Colou's working on. He didn't include the traffic zones in the base map since it's meant to be as bare-bones as possible (so that it's as easy as possible to build mods on top of it).
