This has been asked about/requested before.
A first person mod is quite not possible with the tools we currently have and I doubt anybody but Lucas could make such a thing.
Maybe in the future, this could be done, but for now, it's impossible.

You can't. If you want to export a model out of a P3D file, right-click anything that has geometry (Mesh, Static Entity, etc) and export that as OBJ.

Hello everyone!... For those who don't know I'm developing a Remake completely from scratch in unity, I know that some of the forum are a little anxious to know how the project is going, so here I leave this video where you can see the progress . Thanks to Reubs, who is supporting me financially, this project is possible and can be finished.
