Failed to load SHARM

Hello, I want to play multiplayer mode but when I enter the "multiplayer" window does not load and is still and then I get a window saying "Failure to connect with the server " and not that will be, maybe they're doing maintenance to the server or I'm missing an file in the folders, I do not know if that is, if someone helps me I appreciate it.

I Do believe the servers are down and they are probably doing maintenance on it beacuse I just tried getting in and I can't...

So don't panic were are having the same issues here too...

We noticed the issue too, our multiplayer team is investigating the cause of this downtime.
