- Vehicle stats differences. For example, the Hover Car has one star in the Toughness category in the prototype, but in the final game, it has four stars.
- On the C-Spanker in Levels 3/6, there are a group of huge crates that have a small gap in the middle and around the sides of them which you can walk through. In the final game, some collision was placed there.
- In Level 1/4. parts of the water on either side of the bridge to the rich side of town can be stood in.
- Some differences in Wasp Camera placement in Level 7, and possible other Levels.
- Rigor Motors uses the unused objective/stage message from the final game, where at the end of the mission, the player must enter the Simpsons' House.
