Game boots to black screen and minimizes

So basically my game starts up but doesn't go into the game itself. It stays on a black screen and whenever I try to click into the window I immediately get booted out. I've already tried both running as admin and putting on Windows XP SP3 for the compatibility issues. Is there anything else I should try?

I know the game worked the last time I played it. I want to know what borked it tbh, whether it be a windows update or something hidden in the files

Hi, do you have Bug Fixes enabled, with Late Focus Freeze enabled in it's settings?

No, you'd have to download the SP launcher to use them.
Edit: You can download the SP launcher and configure those settings for the MP launcher to use.

Is the singleplayer launcher on here or is it linked w the actual game

NVM, downloaded the launcher and just set it to 640x480 windowed, works awesome now
