mazzy I'm sorry for so late answer, to make a custom map is quite difficult.
There is no map-maker tool made by Lucas out yet. Most of the custom maps are made using Weasel On a Stick's Map Data E

There is no map-maker tool made by Lucas out yet. Most of the custom maps are made using Weasel On a Stick's Map Data Editor plugin for blender so you've got to know a little bit of blender to work with it.
