Introducing three new variants of Cletus's Pickup!

This Flatbed which can be bought from Gil in Level 1

A Moving Truck which can be bought from Gil in Level 2

And an ordinary Pickup Truck which can be bought in level 3

There's also a secret truck in Level 7, but let's not talk about that

Known Issues:
-All the trucks reuse Cletus's truck's icon in the phonebooth
-The Moving Truck and the Flatbed have screwed up tailights that I don't know enough on how to fix

nice variety. and spread across different levels. i like the flatbed the most that level 7 one is fun haha
