It is not to bother you or anything but it does not give me access to the download it is as if your mega link did not exist because it sends me the main MEGA page every time I touch the link.

You're supposed to add the decryption key for public downloads.
It's obvious just by looking at your link ,it's too short ,ie: missing the key

Unless it's a folder link as they can be short sometimes but you need to give share access if it's a folder.
