Island Of Sodor?

Just wondering if anyone could mod in some of the trains from the earlier seasons of Thomas & Friends?

Thomas, Edward, Henry, Gordon, James, Percy, Toby, Duck, Donald, Douglas, Oliver, and Emily

Then replace all the road textures with train track textures on Level 1, and replace all generic traffic with the above trains.

I'd need more time to plan out a 7 Mission Campaign + Tutorial Mission for this mod idea, but is everything above still possible as a mod?

Yes I know it's a kids show, but so is Spongebob, and someone's turned this game into "Annoy Squidward", so I thought I'd just throw this idea out there.
