Why doesn't the "Free Roam" setting include the hidden phone booth menu?

buiscuitmajor It seems kind of odd to exclude it (unless I'm missing something), considering the point of that setting in the mod menu is to enable freedom and unlock things without doing missions or collectib

EliasDR I think you have to activate "Debug Test" option in the "Developer" category. After activating that, start the game, go to a phone booth and press F2, and you have the debug cars m
