Hello there, long time no post!
If you ever wanted to have underglow to all the cars in the game, this is the mod for you!

Using Lua P3D Lib, this mod adds neon to every single car in the game.
You can add different colors for different cars by decompiling the mod and modifying the "colors.lua" script inside "Resources/scripts/".
