Restore Female Traffic Voicelines

Today I was doing some research and found out that Radical made a mistake in their coding when setting up the dialogue codes.
Using Custom Dialogue Character Codes you can fix that mistake & restore these lines in-game.


Here is the code that fixes that:

traffic3=Vf1
traffic4=Vf2
