Tuba 24 Mod

Hello there, my name is Gordon, and this is a new mod from me. It returns Tuba 24, but Tuba 24 replaces Tuba 1 at L1.
Why I included Tuba 24 at L1?

(Look at bottom, theres no Tuba 24, after Tuba 23 comes Tuba 25, not 24)
Where Tuba 24? Right! At L4:

What do you think about this? I think, that Devellopers accidently put Tuba 24 at L4 instead of L1, and didn't noticed this.

Mod is Small, but it works.

Did you edit ambience.rms when you made this mod? If you didn't you're definitely corrupting the game with this even if it's not immediately visible.
