I'm having the same problem as Gordon (RBD); Meta.ini is missing, rendering this mod broken.

You need to fix:
Car is too big
Characters is too big
And remove driver

Mod is good, but as I said, you need to make model small.
To remove driver, you need to find "carname.con", then open it with wordpad and find these lines
"SetDriver("frink");"
Then you need to remove it, that should make it

No, you should use SetDriver("none"); for no driver.
