EP Removal
We're in the process of removing the Donut Team: Trick or Treat EP from online distributors. While the tracks are great, we would like to separate our entity from some of the more promoted community products. This is something that we've been discussing for since the EP's release.Management is controlling the removal and we will be notified when it is complete. We've reached out to artists to explain the situation and will be monitoring feedback.
Survey Results
Our first community survey has concluded. We thank you all for responding and we have tallied up the responses below.Total Responses
59 legitimate responses with 2 spam ones thrown away. Don't post lyrics or ask for us to share unflattering images with you, that's just weird. Also don't use someone else's username to reply to a survey, don't think we didn't notice that. :)
Donut Team is speedy to help their users and community.
This was rated on a scale from 1 to 5. 1 being the most negative and 5 being the most positive.
Response: We're glad to see that most of the community believes we're fast to resolve issues. To those who do not agree or are neutral on the situation, we hope to improve our relationship with our community in the coming months.
Donut Team is fair to all members of their community.
This was rated on a scale from 1 to 5. 1 being the most negative and 5 being the most positive.
Response: Some people have argued we do not treat everyone equally regarding punishments and bans. Today, we're making internal changes that you will notice shortly to correct some of this. Overall feedback was positive regarding this issue.
Donut Team makes speedy releases.
This was rated on a scale from 1 to 5. 1 being the most negative and 5 being the most positive.
Response: We were surprised to see so many of you posting 3 or above. We think we're really slow and we're sorry! 2017 we plan to take it a bit slower on events and just release really high quality content every time we can. Thanks!
I am interested in what Donut Team releases after they're done modding The Simpsons: Hit & Run.
Response: We thank you all for your honesty. A lot of you have been very supportive and even giving us ideas and suggestions. Making a video game from scratch is probably the biggest challenge for us, but we want to overcome it. To all that want to be a part of this ride, thank you.
I would pay a small fee to gain additional features on Donut Team's website as a way to support them.
Response: We know paying money, well sucks. But to allow us to survive, we're exploring the opportunity to offer optional extras you'll be able to pay for. We are still sketching the plans but we'll get back to you guys on it soon. Suggestions and thoughts can be left below.
I would prefer a built in chat system on the Donut Team site than the Donut Team Discord.
Response: Your feedback has made us question our upcoming plans. In order to unify our website, we are considering destroying our Discord server in favour of our own chat service built into the site. We'll be considering it based on your response and we'll have more information in the future. There's really not much to say here as we're still planning everything out.
What is the most important upcoming release to you?
