I'm sorry, but I'm really struggling with this part of the tutorial.
For context. I'm creating a Traffic mod and have added drivers to all the vehicles. But not all characters have voicelines attached to them.
I'm using Maggie (one of my Soap Box Racer drivers), as practice to get through this tutorial successfully, but I seem to have grinded to a halt at this part of the tutorial. On top of the RSD Converter not being able to recognise the ogg file, I just can't figure out what I'm supposed to do here
