However, there's no Meta.ini, and mod cannot be launched, there's either no CustomFiles folder

I removed the download link. You should make it a tickable mod for the mod launcher. If you need help, ask on the discord or on our forum

Until then, do not link it as overwriting files in your game is yucky. Thanks.
