French version of some mod ?

So, i don't really know where put this topic, but I'm asking myself, because I'm french and I like play h&r in french, i'm propose, if it's possible and i don't really know how, that's why i'm asking. If I create some audio files in french of the modified discussion some mod have, the creator can create a french version of those. Because, for some mod, the fact that they have no official game dialogue, it's impossible to play the mission, like the steamed hams mod for example, or storm over Springfield. I know they're maybe a few french people who actually play those mods but I thought it would be great if a translation may exist so that's why i'm asking :)

It's possible to create German/Spanish/French versions of the mod, but no one really knows the languages, and there's not many German/Spanish/French users around here, so, people often skip the translation part
