Towards the bottom of the page, there is information on how to install a mod.
In the Mod Launcher, click the "Open..." button and click "Mods" selection:
It will open a folder in explorer. Extract Donut Mod's downloaded zip file (which can be downloaded from here: donutteam.com/downloads/DonutMod4-PublicBeta/) and make sure the LMLM file is in the Mods folder.
Once done, click the "Reload" button in the mod launcher. Press "Launch" and it should start Donut Mod 4.
