In the first case - that's the problem of mod makers, they need to add additional files in order to make the dialogues work in every version of the game, so, just report here which mods don't work and wait until a bugfix gets released

DonutFox I have the same problem, in every cut-scene the dialogue doesn't work and you cant hear the characters voices
