Camera Control non Functioning

So I just loaded up SHAR and I cannot workout why my camera control for on foot is not working on my controller or keyboard - mouse is fine, but I like playing SHAR with my controller.

It was never a problem for me playing the game before. It works perfectly in car and on the key binding menu for both devices but as soon as I'm walking, I'm stuck at one camera angle unable to move.

Any ideas?

maybe you accidentally enabled mouse look? it's in options>controller>game settings
