To answer your question, I did end up creating a soundtrack release in FLAC/MP3 format ages ago. It’s available here.
If there’s something from the game that’s missing from this bundle (such as most of the Level ambience), or if you’d like to extract the sound assets yourself, you can do so using Lucas’ RCF Explorer, and then use Lucas’ RSD Converter to throw them into WAV format.
