Model Used:
Audi R8 (ahmetsalih)

Tools Used:
Lucas P3D Editor 3.1.5
Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Car Shadow Adjuster 1.0
Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Car Renamer 1.1
Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher 1.21
Blender 2.76b
Adobe Photoshop CS6

Performance
This model was not intended for use in a videogame. According to Loren Goodwin it has "about 200,000 more triangles than the first 4 levels of the game combined". As a result this mod can cause performance issues. I get frame drops of about 5-10fps on an nVidia GeForce 740m and an Intel Core i7 4700MQ (mid-range laptop gaming hardware). If have a low-end PC or are using integrated graphics your performance may take more of a hit.

Bugs:
The player will spawn inside the R8 when trying to leave by the passenger door and has to jump out. This is because the model still uses the Ferrini physics and collision models. I can hopefully fix this in a future release.

Changelog:

v1.0:
Initial release.

v1.0.1:
Fixed a bug that caused framerate issues due to incorrect blank meshes.

v1.0.2:
Reduced the file size from 220MB to 52MB (removed unnecessary .bak files, linked the Gil shop model to the phonebooth model instead of having two models) .

You should make a "Real World Car Pack" or something.

Really good well done. Looks Great.
Very cool mod, hope you expand on it in the future.

I've fixed a mesh bug that was causing framerate issues.
I can't play with this vehicle comfortably without the frame rate staying smooth. So... meh.
I get a really bad frame rate when I look at the car.

@SomeBot @jrburger95 the framerate issues should be fixed with v1.0.1 which is available for download (they were caused by corrupt blank textures). If you are still having famerate issues can you please post your system specs (you can use Speccy if you don't know what your GPU model/GPU model/amount of RAM is)?
