Springfield 500

We are all know(or possibly no) About unused bonus race track called "Springfield 500"

In the game files, all bonus races are named "b0?" (Where's "?" there's Number(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7))
But files of this track called "b00"

What does you think about that?
I think it could be something like tutorial(How to play bonus race, what do you need to do, etc).

I was actually going to try to put it in the game, but it wasn't working out well
I think it was originally going to be in the game but was taken out for some reason. My opinion though
