Kenny Giles Using Lucas' RCF Explorer, you cannot replace sounds in the RCF. It's still possible to use Lucas' hacks, however, to replace any sound you want in SHAR.

If you set up a mod launcher mod, you can throw new RSD files in CustomFiles/conversations, and the game will read those instead. We have some tutorials around here that might give you an idea of how to set up a mod launcher mod if you're unfamiliar.
Alternatively, you may want to download one of our open source mods and use Lucas' Hit & Run Launcher to decompile them. This will allow you to see how we set things up, and you can then insert your RSDs in there.

DouglasColvin In my Springfield Grand Prix mod, which is decompileable, I made Nelson's countdown for the race silent and told the game to use the custom RSD. Kenny told me how to do it here, so this may help
