Springfield City On The Grow

On the "Fully Connected Map Mod" I want to edit the default Powerplant and turn it into the Springfield Mall (using the Mall from Road Rage but highly edited), then highly edit the Powerplant & Gorge from Road Rage and add them somewhere on the "Fully Connected Map Mod".

How do I go about doing all of that?

But I should warn you, I've watched, read, and viewed every tutorial on how to use Blender and Jeff's Map Creator, and tried to follow them step-by-step, but either the instructions weren't specific enough, or the screenshots and videos did not match my Windows 10 set up, because I just couldn't get anything to work right.

So any help would be appreciated... But like I said, it's pointless sending me links to recommended tutorials because I've tried them all.
