The SHARMP Launcher is not malicious, however it is commonly detected as such by anti-malware and similar security-oriented software as it lacks official execuable signage and uses methods to alter the TS:H&R game code/memory when running (for innocent purposes, so that things work) which could also in theory be associated with malicious programs, quite often correctly.
