I am quite new to SHAR modding, so excuse my lack of knowledge around mods.
I am looking for a mod that adds every traffic car/vehicle into the phone booth, so you can use them on any level.
If there are any that exists, it would be greatly appreciated if you could link them. Thanks!

There is no need of mods for that one. You can enable the Unlock All Reward Vehicles cheat found here.
Note, that requires a 100% completion of the game

Darrus If i remember correctly you can enable Debug Test in the mod launcher (in the developer tab) and the cheat will be enabled without needing 100% completion of everything or even needing to enter the ch
