Blender 4.0 crashing when I import an xml

Hadley Steel As it says in the title. I've also tried 4.3 and 2.6 but no matter what I do, the add on isn't showing up. Any recommendations for versions or potential fixes, please?

Fat Tony Blender 2.93 lts seems to work best with the lucas addon and weasels tools. Because its a different version you need to reimport the addons in the preferences.
