Mods flagged as trojans

This morning when opening the mod launcher I got an error message from it which I think said something about a runtime error and immediately windows defender alerted me to two trojans it had found and quarantined. The two it found were Smokin' Bouvier.lmlm and Frink-ality 1.66.lmlm. I downloaded both of these ages ago from the normal download links, so I'm confused about if I should be worried or not. I've ran several scans of my computer afterwards and found nothing so is this perhaps a false positive? Also to note is that what it detected was wrong about the files was Trojan:Script/Wacatac.B!ml and when trying to download Frinkality from the google drive link for it fresh again to see if the file was safe it were immediately flagged and quarantined. This also hasn't happened before and everything was working just fine yesterday. I have had an instances of the launcher itself being flagged in a virus scan but that was just a false positive. Thanks in advance for any help on this
Hi, all mods that are uploaded on Donut Team are safe. If you downloaded them from here, they're just false positives.

If you are concerned, upload the files to VirusTotal and see if that brings any results.

If you could show a screenshot of the error, that would be appreciated!
I sadly don't have a screenshot of the error as the windows defender message made me panic and focus on that first, sorry. I also have tried to upload the frinkality lmlm file to VirusTotal and it was safe, although thought it was an empty file. To do so I had to allow it with windows defender and the file is only showing up in my quick access but not my downloads. I also can't seem to delete it or scan it. It probably is just a false positive but I wanted to check everything was fine just in case. Quick edit: the file has disappeared once I made a folder with the same name as it
