I need help

Hi guys, I've been playing The Simpsons Hit & Run for many years.with mods and also vanilla but now I have a bug with a mod in the game that I can't fix, well... The thing is this, I saw a video on Youtube about a mod about the episode where the kids get stranded on an island (mod: operation think of the children) and when I start the mod and I want to start playing the mission, the moe character stays still, motionless and doesn't let me continue with the mission. If this has happened to anyone else, could you please help me :)
