where is save games located?

for some reason. i play this game late last year with the launcher aswell. and i got to like 93% but then i stopped for so long because last few levels was hard. but i come back to play to finish. but my save isnt working and its making me use new game. how to find saves because i probally didnt delete them.

There's a few places saved games go, depending on your install and setup.

1. By default, the saves are a file named SaveX (where X is the save slot number) in your game install directory.
2. If your install is in the C:\Program Files (x86) directory, and permissions are set as such where the game can't save to that directory, they'll be in the %localappdata%\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Vivendi Universal Games\The Simpsons Hit & Run.
3. There is a setting in Lucas' Mod Launcher to Keep Saved Games Separate. If this is checked, your save games are in the Documents\My Games\Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher directory - I think in a folder called Saved Games, but I'm not home to check.

If you still can't find it, make sure you haven't checked No Saves Games in the mod launcher's Settings tab.
