HELP TO MODIFY SHAR PS2 VERSION!!

This topic has been locked and can no longer be replied to.
I recently started venturing into modifying SHAR, but I wanted to focus on the PS2 version. I just want to change the audio to add Brazilian Portuguese dubbing, with voices and phrases compiled from the Brazilian dubbing, as was done in the mod for the Latin American version of the game. However, I am stuck on reinserting the modified audio files into the rcf files. I have already used Lucas RCF Explorer, but I am still having difficulties. I know that Explorer works normally on a PS2 ISO, but what I lack is the knowledge to use RSD Converter in Explorer. To be honest, I don't even know if it is possible to reinsert the audio files using only these two programs. I would appreciate any help.

Hi, creator of the Latin Spanish mod here!

With the RSDs ready, open Lucas’ Radcore Cement Library Builder and extract the dialog RCF of the console version you want. Place the generated RSD files into the correct folder inside that extracted RCF, then rebuild it.

Finally, put the rebuilt RCF back into the ISO of the version you’re modding, and the game will load your new audio normally.

Hope this helps you!

I know I'm asking too much, but do you have any video tutorials explaining how to modify it? I'm not a programmer; I'm just a fan with a dream. There are no tutorials for people who are less familiar with modifying SHAR.

Hi there!

After a close inspection on this thread, we came to the conclusion that it is endorsing piracy - which our platform does not agree with.
A tutorial on how to use our tool (Lucas' Radcore Cement Library Builder) is fine, however endorsing use of the leaked tools and/or files is against our rules.

I'm going to lock this thread, if you wish to continue this conversation, please continue through Discord or a private messaging platform.
