Hi guys! I am REALLY new to computers, or no, i would rather say that i'm new to be INTERESTED in computers, but also coding and programing in general. I have this idea of a mod, which i wont tell becuse i dont want anyone to get credits of my idea. But the question i wanna ask the most is, how do you guys MAKE mods? Is it some program Lucas has made or is it Unreal Engine or stuff like that? Cuz if you knew, oh boy that would be great ;)
