Intriguing Bug I Found

Not sure what forum page to put this in, as I was playing a mod (to be more specific thenachoman's Fully Connected Map with missions adapted for it) but it feels like a main game bug. Essentially, I was playing L2 M1 in Homer's Sedan (is it called that? homer's level 1 vehicle anyway) and I was getting away from Skinner a second time by using the ramp onto the motorway, Try-n-Save side. I escaped just before the edge of the ramp, so I turned right hard to try and not go on the motorway. the car went 90 degrees like it always seems to do on this mod, and all of it's wheel somehow got under the tarmac. Not the actual body, just the wheels. I can't fully remember if I touched any buttons, but it suddenly went really fast and popped out of the floor when it hit a wall. I have some pictures I took, so I'll see if I can add them onto the post.

Yeah looking back they weren't the greatest of photos, especially since I spammed the f12 button, but what'd you expect me to do?
