"meta.ini" files missing?

Apologies for the double post, I'm new to the community

Essentially, I downloaded this mod from the official Donut Team site: modbakery.donutteam.com/projects/view/38

I extracted to my "Mods" folder, but when I use the launcher, it says it can't find the meta.ini files. When I check the individual folders created after extraction, there was indeed no meta.ini file

What am I missing?
