How do I edit the movie files in The Simpsons: Hit & Run?

I am trying to edit the intro video by replacing it with a beta version.
The game videos format is .rmv (Radical Video Format) and them are uneditable!
How did Hipporeno in Army of cola evergreen buzz to edit the radical video,
or TOS ep.1 with the custom videoin radical video???

I tried to search online any converter or reader for RMV files to import another video in them,but the rmv files areso hard to edit....

PLEASE HELP ME!

RAD game tools will make .bink files by converting video files, and then rename them to .rmv. that's it.

Yeah as Hipporeno said, an RMV file is just a BIK file renamed. You can make a BIK file for your mod using RAD Video Tools.

To add to this discussion, make sure "RequiredHack=IncreasedVideoResolutionSupport" is in your Meta.ini so that way you can add films that are at a higher resolution than 640x480. SHAR won't play them properly without this hack if they're above that resolution (technically SHAR supports a resolution slightly higher than that, but you're better off just using IncreasedVideoResolutionSupport so you don't have to worry about it).
