P3D Editor Problem (LucasStuff.Radical.P3DEditor.P3D)

Hello There!

I have a problem with Lucas's P3D Editor

The error says : Failed to load file. The type initializer for 'LucasStuff.Radical.P3DEditor.P3D' threw an exception.

I have tried downloading and installing these programs :

- dotnetfx35
- dotNetFx35setup
- dotNetFx40_Client_setup
- Framework35

And i unistalled these programs :

- Framework45
- dotNetFx45_Full_setup

I also checked/enabled Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 in Windows Features.

Location of Lucas P3D Editor is in Game Location.

I have looked every single tutorial on how to fix this problem but there was no help! If you can help me Thank You!
