How can I edit the sounds on The Simpsons Hit & Run?
I need a tutorial on how to use these programs.

First, go to your The Simpsons Hit and Run directory, and you will see files with the .rcf extention. Right click one of those, and go to Open With and find Lucas' RCF Explorer on your computer, and select it. Inside the .rcf file, you'll see files with the .rsd extention. Find the file you want to change (you'll have to look through the .rcfs) and extract it. Then open it with Lucas' RSD Converter You can now import or export a 24000Hz Mono .wav file for sound effects, or a 24000Hz Stereo .wav file for music. To add the file back into the game, open your mod folder, and then open the .rcf file you found the file in. Check the directory inside the .rcf file, and then put the file inside that directory in your mod folder. Note: When replacing music, you must also Hex Edit .rms files, which is an entirely different subject.
What mod folder do I have to open?

The folder that your mod is stored in.

For example: Lucas' Mod Launcher\Mods\Cool Mod Bruh

Obviously your mod launcher directory and mod name are probably different but that's an example.
