Check your spam filter
Donut Team is a rather small community, so our emails may get caught by your spam filter.
Wait at least 20 minutes before contacting us
Often, right after a user contacts us asking for help, the email will finally go through. This isn't always true, but waiting can work.
If it still hasn't, contact support@donutteam.com
Request a new email if you still haven't gotten it
AFTER waiting 20 minutes, you can request a new email on the confirmation page. Repeat the waiting step after sending a new email.
If all else fails, email us with the following information:
- Email on Account: fakeemail@example.com
- Your username: jake
- How long ago did you register: 4 years ago
