Germiili I mean as in a mod that removes the generic NPCs and replaces them with characters from the actual show. I know there are some characters on specific places on the map.

Vanilly01 I think Germiili mean't like KNOW characters. Such as Sideshow Bob, Krusty the Clown, Millhouse, etc. I think he/she wants them on the map, not on a specific place.
