MAP maker/editor tool?

is there any information on how soon the tool will be released? or if it will be?
and any other details about it?

A map builder is currently in the works and is currently being tested by our Quality Assurance team. Once it is fully documented and tested, we will release it to the public.

We intended to have it out at the end of 2019, but we've had an extreme difficulty in creating errors and warnings that are helpful to mod creators.
