Lucas Tools directx problems

Hello,

i have all lucas' tools ,but when i use one of it(like p3d editor)appears an error message:

DirectX 9 wasn't found.Download and install it and next retry.

I have windows 10,but when i open the directx setup a window says that it is for windows 98,2000,xp.

Please help me,cause i want to add unused tracks with rsd converter.

Maybe i had that problem cause i downloaded the italian version (i am italian)
