- Fixed some broken collision by the Krusty Burger in L3.

Just a thought, but I think instead of having purchasable outfits, they should be replaced with purchasable characters.

Not sure what the capacity of outfits in the store is, but since there is 3 outfits per character, and there are seven levels, here are my 21 character suggestions.

I double checked to make sure that all these models pre-exist in the game, but if there's a lower limitation on how many "outfits/characters" can fit in the store, then I guess I'd go with the more popular characters out of that list.

- Fixed a single tri using the wrong asphalt texture in L3R1 (thanks Radical).
- Fixed a phonebooth in L3Z3 that didn't work correctly.
- Fixed Locator Type 3s in Level 3 facing the wrong direction.
- Hopefully fixed the fake L2 Skybox from not unloading when leaving the highway (it could potentially still happen if your load times are obscenely long).
