Question with car sellers

So I got bored and decided to try and see if I could add another character to level 1 that sells cars, like Gil and Barney. I used Lisa for this, right next to the Simpson house. It ended up working, kinda. Lisa is there, but when I go talk to her, the game does the Barney talk where you're talking to Barney about the Plow King, and shows the vehicle for sale as the Plow King. Im going to assume that this is expected because you can't add a character that sells cars?
I'll attach the mod below, don't want to ask on the Discord server because its been pretty busy on there with mod help and I dont want to get in the way
