how do i add locators to the car from the missions (the ways it goes)

I am wondering is it possible to have more than 1 driver in a car. Say Skinner's sedan is it possible to have Anne's model as an extra driver not part of the cars mesh.

When i was editing the .con files i found in gramR_v.con this // Gramps WWII Jeep (w/V1 rocket baby!) and in otto_v.con // Otto School Bus (cooool dude!) skinn_v.con // Skinner's Sedan // ("DRIVE Seymour!") it sounds like the person who made it was high.

I am trying to make a Crash Bandicoot themed mod, and the normal skin works fine. But when I try to make a skin buyable from the shop, I get this error: Error.png I'm sure I have typed everything correctly, so any help would be very appreciated.

So my problem's are that i don't know how to make my mod if i want to keep the original game and it's files? If i want to import cars that are not P3D fles, how do i export them into P3D file? And if i want to export my mod into an LMLM file. how do i do that? That's all my problems.
