I just made my first 'mod'. everything is filled out fine, it works in the launcher and its compiled, but when i launch the game it takes no effect, anyone know how to fix this?

Hello, I've tried to replace to L1_TERRA file with the L4_TERRA file. When I replaced the L1_TERRA file with the L4_TERRA file the game crashed on loading. Am I doing something wrong here? Well, the mod works great for all except the Hearse, which has a weird pattern on its left (when looked at from its front) while being viewed in the Phone Booth. When the car is called, it appears as its suppose to be in the open world.
