So, I got all the clothing and vehicles in all the levels in this mod, but for Levels 1 and 2, it says i dont have all the clothes (says i have 6 out of 9 for the former and 8 out 9 for the latter). Also, in some levels, not all Spooky Drivers appear, while in others, all Spooky Drivers appear.
