RCF Explorer crashes and is fully removed from my computer, including the .rar

I was going to make some sound mod and I wanted to use the .rcf's. But, when I tried to launch it. I had an error and the .exe disappeared. The .rar was empty, I downloaded the .rar again and the .exe still didn't appear... Any way of fixing this?

It's an issue caused by your antivirus. It recognizes the file as a, virus and completelycompletelydeletes deletes it, and even if you download the rar again it automatically deletes the file as soon as download is completed.
Try disabling your antivirus
